POLICIES
Vaccination & Health Requirements
-
Pets must be at least four months old, and neutered/spayed by eight months.
-
Dogs require up-to-date vaccines for Fecal/Giardia (negative test), Bordetella, Distemper/Parvo, and Rabies. For dogs under two years old, Fecal/Giardia tests and Bordetella vaccines are required every six months; over two years, annually.
-
Cats must have current FVRCP and Rabies vaccinations.
-
Proof of vaccine history is required before or at the time of booking.
-
Pets must be in good health, and free of fleas (pets with fleas may be placed in a private kennel and the owner will be responsible for associated costs)
Temperament Evaluation
-
A meet-and-greet evaluation—where your dog is introduced to a small group—is mandatory for daycare or boarding.
-
Evaluations are free, held Monday–Friday from 10 am–3 pm, and require advance scheduling and vaccination documents. Plan for about 15 minutes for check-in
Booking, Reservations & Fees
-
Reservations are highly recommended for daycare and boarding.
-
Daycare Drop-ins allowed only for pre-registered clients with verified vaccinations and a completed evaluation. • Boarding requires a non-refundable deposit.
-
Check-in Hours: 7 am–3 pm.
-
A $10 late check-in fee applies after 3 pm.
-
Late pick-up fee: $10 after 7 pm; if a pet remains past 7:30 pm, it defaults to overnight boarding with standard charges applied
Multiple Pets & Shared Suites
-
Pets from the same household can share a suite (cats and dogs must stay in separate areas).
-
A 30% discount applies for additional pets in the Deluxe and Presidential Suite options.
-
Pets must be from the same household; separate households cannot share.
Medications & Feeding
-
Staff can administer non-injectable medications (clearly labeled, dosage instructions required). You may bring pill pockets or food to assist.
-
$2 per dose fee applies; if nothing is provided, you can purchase peanut butter or wet food from them. Glass containers are not accepted
-
Daycare meals are available for an additional charge—starting at $3+ per meal per dog (varies by size). Boarding pets are not charged separately for meals, as feeding is included.
Bringing Personal Items
-
Dogs: Orthopedic beds, bedding, and bowls are provided. You may bring up to two small personal items, but not toys or belongings if multiple dogs are in the same suite. The resort is not liable for ingestion or choking hazards.
-
Cats: Provided with beds, blankets, bowls, and toys, but your cat’s favorite items may be brought. Do not bring bowls—they’re provided
